Waupaca, Wisconsin · Now hiring
We're hiring at the shop on County Highway QQ.
Bauer Electric has been in Waupaca since 1957 and is now in its third generation of family ownership. The work leaving this shop on a given day can be a stray voltage call at a dairy barn, a drive motor retune on a plant floor, and a panel upgrade at a house, all from the same crew. If that kind of variety sounds better than doing one thing over and over, we want to hear from you.

The sign out front says it plainly. Now accepting applications for apprentices, journeymen, and master electricians.
Why people work here
- Since 1957
- Third generation, family owned, out of the same yard on County Highway QQ the whole time.
- Real equipment
- Bucket trucks, trenchers, a platform lift and underground locating equipment sit on the property, not in a rental yard.
- Varied work
- Farm, residential, commercial and industrial jobs go out from the same shop, so the work does not repeat itself week to week.
- Apprenticeship
- Feel free to ask us about our ABC apprenticeship program, in their own words, if you want to learn the trade rather than just have it explained.
How to apply
Print the employment application below, fill it in, and send it to melissa@bauerelectric.net or mail it to P.O. Box 405 Waupaca, WI 54981.
